1. Agreement to Terms

By ordering, requesting a trial from, or otherwise using IPTV UK Services (ukiptvservices.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. The Service

IPTV UK Services provides subscription access to streaming content delivered over the internet. We do not supply, develop, or endorse any third-party player application — you install a compatible player of your choice on your own device, and we provide the login credentials (Xtream Codes or M3U) needed to access the channel and VOD library.

3. Orders & Activation

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Once payment is confirmed, activation is typically instant and login details are sent within minutes. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can deliver your login information.

4. Free Trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, limited to one per customer, and do not require payment details. A trial does not guarantee continued access after it expires.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must be legally permitted to use IPTV streaming services in your country of residence
• You are responsible for your own internet connection and compatible device
• You must not share, resell, or redistribute your login credentials
• You are responsible for using the service in accordance with the laws of your country

6. Content & Availability

Channel counts, VOD library size, and content availability are described generically and may change over time. We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as streaming depends on factors including your own internet connection.

7. Payment & Renewals

Plans do not renew automatically. There are no hidden recurring charges — you choose when to reorder. Pricing displayed on the site is current at time of publishing and may change.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV UK Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in breach of these terms, including credential sharing or fraudulent payment.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
