Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase before you commit to a paid plan — that's exactly why we offer a 24-hour free trial. This policy explains when refunds are available after a paid subscription has started.

The short version: if the service genuinely doesn't work on your device and our support team can't resolve it, you're entitled to a refund within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, or once you've made active use of the service, refunds are considered case by case.

1. Try before you pay

Because a full-access 24-hour free trial is available before any payment, we encourage every customer to test the service on their actual device first. This is the best way to confirm compatibility and performance before subscribing.

2. Refund eligibility

  • Requests made within 48 hours of purchase, where the service does not function on a supported device after our support team has attempted to resolve the issue, are eligible for a full refund.
  • Requests made after 48 hours, or after significant use of the service, are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
  • Change-of-mind requests (e.g. deciding you no longer want the service, having successfully used it) are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for your request. We'll respond and, where possible, attempt to resolve any technical issue before processing a refund.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
